AT&T Settings for Media Net Plan on Blackberry

How to get the media net internet working on a Unlocked Blackberry on ATT.
I can never remember the Username and password for the TCP settings for my blackberry.

Here they are, the important settings in bold.

Internet Settings:

How do I use this information?

If you go to Settings -> Advanced -> TCP and input these settings, Internet should work good as gold with any unlocked Blackberry on ATT with Media Net.
